Just saw that there is a price saying.. $299 => after rebate = $269. And a button for special price. which is $249. thus looks like $249 is price after rebate.
(update)Correction,
saw below that one needs to download a rebate form and post(snail mail) it to Astak. but the rebate form link is broken. no forms there.

(kind of troublesome... can't Astak and Fry's just do the rebate backend, thus we just pay the final price? )
