If you answer Indifferent to question 11 (the one about buying chapters) you get a lot fewer questions (it skips to question 24), so I think that's their main focus with this survey.
Also, I wasn't sure how to answer question 3., "Do you ever read books on a computer?"
Are they talking about a computer or an ereader here? I assumed they were talking about a computer and answered No, although that's not entirely true.
