That's nice and all, but I wasn't trying to convert anyone, just pointing out that the idea that vegetarians/vegans suffer from anemia because of their diet is fallacious. The truth is in modern western society it's pretty easy to eat a nourishing diet whether your vegan/vegetarian or omnivore.
