I love Melissa at Borsa Bella. I asked her to make me a Sony 505 case, before she had ever made any, and she was so great. She sent one of her cosmetic cases first and asked me to try it out, then she sent a new one with different measurements. I told her I wanted it a little snugger and without a strap, and she sent me a third case (which is absolutely perfect!), all for no additional charge. She also sent a self addressed stamped envelope for me to send the others back. I just ordered my fifth case from her...
