Oh dear. I'm becoming the wet blanket in this thread. Alas, we've had to delete that attachment because it is a copyright violation. We'll probably delete the entire thread tomorrow (so as to have a tidy upload section).

We operate under Canadian copyright laws. Canadian copyright lasts for the life of the author plus 50 years.

It's a problem for newcomers because it's so tempting to think that if it's on the internet then a text is in the public domain. This isn't true. There are a lot of copyright violations. Also authors may post a work on their website. But that doesn't mean that it is in the public domain. They still hold the rights, unless they give them away.
