I just ask about an mp3-player, netbook etc. I forgot to declare - haven't flown in a couple of years - my netbook last month and the security agent picked it out and asked...no big deal. Again, as mentioned above, it's important to get to the airport with plenty of time to go through the checkpoints not to be rushed or frazzled. They even let my tsoureki (a Greek specialty pastry) go through to Germany!

My question (dumb) would be to know if the x-ray machines will disturb the data on an ebook reader? Probably not as the PC, camera, mps-player all go through fine.
