You have been around the forums for a while so you have probably seen the following ideas... but maybe it is one you missed or it may help someone who is new and reading this thread..

I've noticed that the main thing all the help mentions is to make sure that the Reader is fully charged from the wall (not computer) just to be sure of a full long charge...

And to be sure that you have backed up your books before resetting...

I have my fingers crossed that I don't encounter this problem on my 505, and just in case, I save these help threads in a folder in subscriptions.

Hopefully, it is just a "not fully charged" problem and you will post back that all is well. Good Luck.
