@=X=, I've opened a ticket for it. It's an issue with the transforming to oeb stage before the output generation. Kovid will have to look into it.
@Garachico, The next beta will be out when it's ready. As for the DX mobi comic bug, a fix has been committed but I can't guarantee it will work.
@Garfunkel, --no-chapters-in-toc and --max-toc-links=0 should turn it off.
