Okay found the PDB problem
Hi user_none,
I finally idientifed what the PDB problem I have been seeing since version b3. It's due to the TOC creating.
If a HTML file has no TOC or just one level of TOC the PDB file is created just fine. However if there is a second level TOC the PDB is not created the converter errors out.
I've attached the zip file with the HTML and command line options.
