Let me substantiate it then, although I thought it common knowledge that meat calories was more energyexpensive than plant calories:

one kcal of lamb (the type of meat which uses most fossil energy) uses 57 kcal of fossil energy.

one kcal of broiler chicken (the type of meat which uses the least fossil energy) uses 4 kcal.
