Kinda agree, at least short term, though there are a host of nutritional issues that plague very long term Vegans, but I hazard a guess it's mainly when they don't do their sums right....

I used to be a nurse, so I have actually seen it in real life.

I wanna ask, too...If your vegitarian, ARE you taking supliments, and do you know where the supliments are sourced from?
