Its a matter of adaption. I believe I may have been a desert dweller in another life.
When you walk outside, the heat literally takes your breath away.
The idea is NOT to walk outside during the hottest parts of the day.
Do the grocery shopping early in the morning. Stay inside, and if you must drive, be sure and take plenty of water with.
Outside, drink lots of water, and take things slow.
Keep the thermostat as high as you can bear, 78 is my limit.
And I'll take my 107 over Arkansas 95 with 90% humidity any day. This way, I don't melt, I just dry up and blow away.........
