Have you received a response to your email?
The early purchasers of LOTR might have to mass email Kindle Support to get the partially corrected version pushed out to us.
BTW - when I got the corrected H2G2, Amazon sent it to ALL of the devices I had downloaded the old version onto. Pretty nice I thought.
