Even given their antipathy toward Amazon, Rue Morgue does sell their pbooks on Amazon. Seems a pretty poor excuse NOT to consider selling ebooks on Amazon - money is money - you're not going to increase readership and income by sulking and saying "It's not fair." If not through Amazon, there are a lot of other epublishing options for them.
