I don't think they're very popular today. It's too bad, 'cause they were definitely fun.
What about LJ Smith? Her vampires are so much better than the
Twilighters! (And they've been rereleased!)

I am a little worried about the what the CW is going to do with the TV show.

Christopher Moore is great! the only one I would stay away from is
Island of the Sequined Love Nun. It was the first of his I read and I almost refused to try another, I hated it so much.
The plot of
A Dirty Job appealed to me too much to resist, and boy am I glad it did!
