I just sent an email to Kindle Support asking what the policy on corrections is. It would be really stupid to not allow people to download the corrected version. One of the cool things about ebooks is that you could easily give people a corrected version. I've gotten corrected versions from books published through the Amazon DTP, but it seems the more mainstream books keep a revision history, and you get the original version you bought (based on reports from buyers on forums). That's just crazy, in my opinion. Especially since the page for the book never gives a revision number, or any way to tell if errors have been corrected.
