Hi all..

When I try to create a new sub-sub folder of the root directory via the companion software (because I want to split some metadata through the "Copy to" and "Move to" functions), it alert me "Error creating a new database file".. It is - maybe - an error due to the fact that actually I'm using the SD slot of my notebook instead of cable+device (at the moment I don't have with me the first one)?

I never used the Companion before...
