Your idea is a great one. Let me see if we can do that quickly when the Pocket PRo is actually released and we put it up on the website. Yes, there is a possibility down the road where we may run out of a color. I will try to implement this without fail.
I do not want to show the exact amount left of any one color but I do want to warn people if any particular color is running low OR is out of stock. Then we would need to say when we expect it to be back in stock.

An alternate to 6charlong's suggestion would be to allow a "second choice of color" on the order form. That way if the first choice were sold out you might still get your reader in the second choice color. And if you really only wanted your first choice you just wouldn't make a second choice.
