Who locks down the device? Or, rather, who's responsibility is it to do it? For instance, I have seen PCs that are pretty well locked down. Task Manager is disabled, for instance, through all key-combos. And if you logout of the account, you can't get back in because you don't know the password. You may not be able to open a command-prompt either.

There's lots of ways to get around things, but some of them are pretty well locked down.

So, who does that? Staples? HP? (If it's an HP.)
