Apparently it was posted as free sometime last night. It stays at that price until at least a couple of hours after my post (I found it about 8 this morning), then was "not available" for a while, then went up to 9.99.

I suspect the free pricing was a mistake - it made the top movers list at that price (and I know some people returned it at the 9.99 price from the last week or so and rebought at the zero price).
