I still do it the old fashion way, lol

Kind of hard to explain so I posted some pictures.

In word, I just paste the text

Then add some symbol at the end of each paragraph manually
Something like
#@

I use File / Replace and put the symbol ^p
change all so it looks like this junk...

Then replace again my #@ with ^p

4. http://www.fileqube.com/file/UfotRD201075

At the end I end up with this

slower than an automated program but I still like the old way where I'm sure its doen the way I want. I also use a keyboard with a cup and paste macro key so makes it easier.
