Buy a 20acre parcel of land, making sure I was nowhere near others.......have self sustaining houses built for myself and family.......surround with a block fence (money is no object, right?) top with concertina wire and broken glass.
Plant trees around the perimeter, blocking concrete wall.
Hire someone to live onsite to tend vegetable gardens and fruit/citrus trees.
Enjoy the real night sky.
