Erm...oh dear. In that case, I may abstain from commenting. This is going to get me shot, but Fictionwise's site is not (in my opinion) the best example of what a bookseller site should be. To be fair, though, I haven't seen an online bookseller site yet that IS what I think one should be, and Fictionwise IS functional. The website designer for Fictionwise helped to do what we asked him to do. The site is largely our design and not his. But, we just said "let us have this" and he was kind enough to do it.
Maybe I can use some help here.
