Hanlin has a price on the listed page: US$249 including a power adapter which the BeBook mini likely won't include to get to US$199.

Oh, and no; no touch screen or wireless, though the BeBook version (and likely the other Hanlin resellers) will support a WiFi SDIO card. The same applies to the V3s.
