There is potential here for the comments to really hurt us. People might say: "crummy, lousy, smells like three day old manure". BUT... I am counting on just as many to say: "friendly, colorful, a pleasure to be at... bring on the new titles". At least I am giving you all a chance to be a part of something and make it better.

Any comment that just mentions it's "crummy, lousy, smells like three day old manure" you should just trash and not even spent a second of your time on.
Constructive criticism is completely different. If I were to say "It's crummy because those bright green and bright yellow colours hurt my eyes (and don't even mention those purple spots!)" you know where the problem is.
You will get negative criticism, be sure of that, nothing you'll make will be perfect for everybody. The challenge is to find that middle way where you are happy with it, and all your users are happy with it.
(I'm a web developer, I know what I'm talking about... I hate those users that only say it's not correct, instead of saying what they actually wanted...)
