I still do not see how you can purchase ebooks from Amazon with myUS. MyUS does not provide a US credit card. And if you want the US mailing address it is terribly expensive, and you would still have to get a credit card from a US bank (that isn't so difficult). They purchase the ebooks and send you the files?
