I love my house, but I'd probably move it out of the subdivision! New kitchen for sure. Help the kids finish college and pay off student loans for them. Buy a second home at the beach.
Buy equipment for the Children's Hospital in Boston. Build a ginormous 2 story home library with a fireplace, leather seats/sofas, multiple window seats - no spiral staircases or ladders though (I would fall). Maybe a swimming pool. Read, read, read!!!!
