I tried to convert this file in calibre but it was seriously taking forever so i converted it back to a prc file using mobipocket. Using calibre to convert this file to an lrf file worked wonders and the huge gaps between paragraphs were gone. The file looked great on the in built reader. However...when i transferred the file to my reader i noticed a small but annoying glitch at the end of paragraphs. For some reason there is a slight gap between the last and 2nd last lines of each paragraph. The gap is very small only being marginally larger than a normal line space but it is definitely present in every paragraph. Any ideas?
What I do with a lot of PRC files is use the OEB converter to convert to their base components and then edit the HTML. But in this case, I think you'll have to edit the CSS as 0.6.0 generates CSS for the PRC file. Then you can convert without such big spaces. But before you do that, there is a command line option to remove paragraph spacing if possible.
