the best cure for finding it difficult to get to sleep is to stay up all night.
then once you get home after work/ school/ partying. you see a pillow, you drop like a light. and your up the next morning early.
that ussualy can get me onto a normal sleep cycle (normal for the sun and the stars atleast) for 3 days to a week.
