I'd be very happy to hear of alternatives; the closest to a vegetarian in the Centre that I use/know is the Cafe at the National Portait Gallery, but I seem to remember that it is closed at the moment for refurbishment work.
(I agree Folie is very French, but I like that...
and my memory is of only a single veggy option.)
