I had my Kindle with me today when I had breakfast at Denny's. When I left I decided to walk in a new ethnic grocery store across the parking lot. Wound up getting a shopping cart and buying some stuff...you know where this is heading.
After other stops, more than an hour later, as soon as I walked into the house I realized that I left the Kindle in the shopping cart. I had no idea as to what the name of the grocery store was, so I called Denny's and told the manager where I left the cart and begged him to run across the parking lost to check the cart. Sure enough...IT WAS STILL THERE!
Made the half an hour drive back to pick it up and gave the guy a $40 reward.
Maybe I'll learn my lesson!!
