Oh also I mainly read PDF files; just to state because the wiki says PDFs don't work well with portable devices ...

None of the 6" devices work well with pdfs that arent specifically made for their screen, if this is a must try looking at the kindle DX.

I'd like one that can read almost anything text or picture related, under aprx 350 (but of course cheaper the better), has integrated dictionary,
The astak ez reader (Based on the bebook?) is the one that supports the most ebook formats that i´ve seen, but i dont know how well it displays them. Also the Jetbook reads a lot of formats too.

decent to awesome battery life and charge time, decent amount of space (or uses memory cards/sticks), not too small, reads multiple languages and won't be too slow....
Most (e-ink based) ebook readers have awesome battery lives and anything over 100 mb is enough for ebook storage in my opinion, but again most ebook readers have the option to add extra storage.
