It will reboot itself into the new OS. You will lose any modifications you've made to your current setup.

I've upgraded the firmware successfully but after choosing english the screen stays white and nothing happens.
EDIT: Reformatted the card reflashed q7 selected English and waiting for OS to boot but the screen stays white
