I would like to point out that we do have Borders in the following countries:
(1) England (and Scotland). Apparently we also purchased some odd stationary boutique named Paperchase and they are responsible for supplying our stores with BLACK CHRISTMAS TREES.
(2) Ireland. May have just opened, and why do I think that people in Ireland can't just drive over to England? Oh right, body of water.
(3) Australia. New Zealand.
(4) Singapore. Malaysia
(5) Dubai.

But the coupons are not international, and I have no clue if the reader is sold internationally.
