Ahem. My name is Terri and I haven't had a soda for six months!!
I do have to confess that I celebrated this major milestone with a Diet Coke at Subway. It tasted so good. But, I maintained restraint and did
not get any free refills like I most certainly could have. My friend and I were there for
almost two hours, visiting while we waited for our kids who were participating in the library's Summer Reading Program "Get Wild about Reading." (While I was enjoying my first Diet Coke in six months, they were having earthworm races, eating REAL deep-fried cheddar cheese flavored "larva" and having dirt dessert, among several other activities!)
