You think Paris reads?

On another topic ... I have been surprised that no one has struck a deal with Baen. They are leaders in ebook sales, and they have quite a few free books they offer. I would be very surprised if they aren't open to distribution of their free library on an ebook reader.

For a while, some of the fans at Baen even got together and formed a buying club for ebook readers, but they've since folded shop. They may have already sold book readers (Cybooks) to many barflies (the folks on the Baen message boards). However, I have to assume that some demand still exists. I expect that if you talk to Arnold (in charge of the webscriptions store) he would be interested in adding a link from their store to yours. Cut him in on some type of affiliate commission and I'm sure he'd be even more interested.

Visit their message board at: bar.baen.com and leave a message for the publisher (Tony Weiskopf - not sure that's spelled right) in the forum "Tony's Table" or visit "Webscriptions" and leave a message for the 'proprietor' of their electronic store: Arnald Bailey.
