Two possibilities:
- a short press of key number 3 gives you a virtual keyboard. For example to get letter B, press key 1 then key 2 (you can take your time, the time between two keys pressed does not matter; to be sure you pressed each key, just look at the light: it turns on briefly each time). To delete one letter press the "previous" key (the arrow to the left of the OK button). It works perfectly, and with a little practice you can type quickly. But only two keyboards (english and russian, between which you can switch by pressing "previous page" and "next page" (those to the left of the screen)
- a long press of key number 3 gives you a T9 keyboard
Ordinary, yes for Eng and Russian,
after hacking Firmware, any language can be added. like my Thai language, also you can use more key matrixes, (0-9)
I got the problem with T9 usage only (on original Firmware too)
