Awesome Astak customer service
I had a screen issue with my ez reader, it kind of look broke from inside and had a black ghosting on it, even though I dont recall any drops, but I called customer service and they immediately issued me a RMA number, i paid the one way posting, once they received the unit they called me and told me the screen is broken but no evidence of trauma to any external parts therefore they will replace my unit at no cost and will backup my books from broken to new unit. They overnighted it and give me fedex tracking number.
I am impressed because as far as I know nobody will replace the broken screen.
