I just got off the phone with a representative of Sprint. I want to upgrade to a PDA phone. The woman was very nice and exceedingly helpful. When I asked her what kind of phone she used, she said, "Oh, I don't have one." I laughed and said I was surprised that, working for Sprint, she didn't have a phone. She said she was in CANADA and Spint wasn't in Canada.

You never know where you're calling anymore when you hit 1-800!!
