Although I'm reading more, my book count has gone down since getting the reader. I've subscribed to 4 periodicals at Fictionwise, and that's where much of my reading time goes now.
Maybe I could count each periodical as a "book," but it isn't the same because I don't read every page as I would a novel or non-fiction.
