I had been having trouble accessing the e-book store on a consistent basis. I have been running Norton Internet security 2008, but just upgraded it to Norton Internet security 2009. Since I've had the new version of NIS I've been able to get on the e-book store every time I've tried. I don't know why, I just know it works. Thank you Norton.
