I'm definitely up for more suggestions; the attached .pdf file is just a smattering of what comes with Open Office.

Have you checked out Constantia as part of a .pdf document on the reader? That's really what I'm interested in finding, is a good font to create .pdf files with. So far, it's bookman through LaTeX, and Verdana from Open Office...
