Hmm, it really depends on what you like to carry with you.

If its just a Laptop and a few papers, then one of the smaller, sleeker cases by Wenger Swiss Gear and Kipling are nice.

If you are like me and carry everything but the kitchen sink and want a lot of pockets, then Wenger Swiss gear have some great backpacks with a tone of pockets.

While I've used Case logic, Targus & samsonite Backpacks, I've never been as happy with them as I've been with the one I currently use which is a Wenger Swiss Gear Hudson. Its been the best balance of Price and Performace i've used for quiet a while.
