I have a laptop backpack and I use it quite often when traveling. the key seems to be lots of pockets. you'll have to be able to store your mouse, and cables and stuff...um don't really have any other advice, though padding is good. And if they have those waist straps that can help support the weight that's pretty good too. Takes the weight off your shoulders some.
