Oxford has several editions available in eReader format. Webster's depends on whose Webster you're talking about. I use one of the Merriam-Webster editions in eReader format. There are also a Webster's New World and Random House has a "Webster's" dictionary available. I am sure other publishers have their own which are not available.

I am not familiar with Collins or Chambers, but eReader does offer a Collin's Dictionary of Law, if that is what you are looking for.
