me certain difficulties when I first visited America. You can imagine the scene:
Waiter: And what would sir like to start with?
Me: I'll have the soup.
Waiter: And for the entrée?
Me: I just said, I'll have the soup.
Waiter: No, the ENTREE!
Me: Are you deaf, man! The soup!
