Got mine today too!

It's gorgeous! It hooked up to the internet fine, but haven't really gotten into that yet, been playing mainly with FBreader. I've only got a 2 gig sd card which I put my ebooks on and some pictures. Would really like to get an image viewer with a side show feature.

Screen brightness is fine for me, I've actually put it really low at about a quarter brightness and I like it, if it's too bright in ebooks I find it does get hard on my eyes.

I have never used linux before so have no idea with it, but I think I'm going to keep an eye on Mer and WinCE.

It is a bit sluggish at times, but the FBreader works great, so far. Page turns are quick, I like using the buttons for page turning.

Small thing, but I wish the stylus was situated on the other side, so when holding it landscape it would be at the top, probably just something I need to get accustomed too.

Will be interested to see how people go about customizing it.

Oh, and it's so tiny! I don't know I think I was expecting it to be bigger, but it's a great size, feels good reading in both landscape and portrait. Very nice size for reading books I think, from my first impressions anyway.
