Who ever asks for the date pays. If a guy asks a girl he likes out on a date but hasn't got a wallet full of cash, he has to get creative. I've had some great dates where I had to make do on a $20 dollar bill. Plus the fun, creative and yes, cheap dates often have the best endings to them....
