Getting ready for the family & friends swim and bbq afternoon.
Rubbed a bunch of russet's w/olive oil, salted them, and will put in the oven while we're outside playing in a warm pool.......pool covers do their job! Amazing for a thin 'bubble wrap' type.
We'll have bbq'd chicken, baked potatoes w/sour cream and chives (ugh.......just give me butter!) fresh fruit salad and some veggies.
For desert.....a peach pie w/vanilla ice cream.
