Well, we discuss any major purchase.......and for me, this is a major purchase, just for me. Like I said......the money is there, so I have no 'guilt' about charging it.
He's already okay with it, altho seriously doesn't understand why i would need one. (I dont' NEED it, as I've explained, I just WANT it 'cuz its so damn CUTE!!! And I can carry it in my purse, and pet it, and loooove it........
